Answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about our limousine services.
Is there a limit to how far we can travel?
Nope! As long as you're within your paid time frame, we're happy to take you wherever you'd like to go. If you'd like, just check out our service area page to see specifically where our standard service range is. However, we can typically travel to locations even further if necessary. If you know your trip is going to be abnormally long be sure to let us know when you book.
Can we go overtime?
Sure! But keep in mind this is based on availability. You'll be charged for the extra time at the standard hourly rate broken down into 15 minutes increments. So if you go over by say 30 minutes you will owe half of your agreed upon hourly rate to the chauffeur in cash. This is designed for unforeseen delays, if you know you will be using more time ahead of time let us know.
Can we smoke on the buses?
No, we do not allow for smoking on any of our vehicles. We are happy to stop though, whenever you'd like a restroom or smoke break just like your driver know and they will find a spot to take a pit stop! Smoking (of any kind) on our vehicles may trigger an extensive cleaning or damage fee as covered in detail in your reservation contract.
Can we drink while in your vehicles?
As long as you and your friends on board are all above the legal drinking age, feel free to bring any alcoholic beverages you'd like. We can not provide alcohol for you, it is a total byob situation, if you so choose you can ask your chauffeur to take you to a nearby store (which can accommodate large vehicles) to buy your own supplies.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Every possible charge is fully disclosed in our contract. The only way you might be charged over and above your quote is if you go overtime, or if your party damages something in our vehicles, or if someone is caught smoking. These charges are fully outlined in our contract, and if you have any questions regarding our policies, we welcome you to contact us at any time, and we'll be very happy to answer your questions or concerns.
